Zabeel Industries offers following Terms and Conditions which describes standard format of our dealing all for your convenience. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using.
Zabeel Industries believes in the highest moral values and business ethics. Once a contract is made with a customer, we strongly aim at following it in its true spirit regarding quality of product, packing, timing, or any other specific needs of the importer.
Payment terms
Payment will be accepted in either 100% in advance OR we can also go with 50% advance and 50% upon order completion before dispatch. Freight and shipping charges will be added unless otherwise stated. All goods remain property of Zabeel Industries until paid in full. Payment is accepted by wire transfer to our bank. Sample cost can also be accepted through Western union, MoneyGram and Paypal for the sake of customer convenience. i.e. less than $100.
Sampling
Samples can be provided upon payment of samples and shipping cost. If the buyer has a courier account number like DHL,UPS,FedEx or TNT,we can use this to send samples.
Packing
All products are packed in a Polybag. The buyer can also have packing according to his requirements i.e. packed in a scissors case. Extra charge will be made for this.
International Custom Duties and Taxes,
International Buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. We are NOT responsible for any fees relating to international customs. Also we are NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.

DISPATCH OF SHIPMENTS:
There are three ways of sending shipments
Shipments can be dispatched according to customers’ desire.
(a) Courier service: arrival in 3 to 5 days.
(b) By air cargo: arrival in 10 to 15 days.
(c) By SEA cargo: arrival in 30 to 60 days.
We recommend shipments to be dispatched via Courier Service in order to avoid any delays. The delivery will be done door to door of the buyer.
